These terms apply when you browse or buy from tootels.co.za. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Returns and Exchanges, Shipping and Delivery, Privacy and POPIA policies.
1. Who we are
- This website is operated by Tootels Stores, registration number 1994/012872/23, trading as Tootels, Tootels Exclusive and Tootels Everyday ("Tootels", "we", "us"). VAT number: 4830112605.

2. Using the website
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
- You agree to give us correct and complete information, and to keep your account details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You may not misuse the website, try to interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Products and prices
- We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look different on different screens.
- All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where VAT applies. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus delivery if it applies.
- Our stock is shared between the website and our stores. If an item has sold out by the time we process your order, we will contact you and either offer a replacement or cancel that item and refund you in full.
- If a price or description on the website is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Placing an order
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and the sale is complete, when we send you an order confirmation by email and then dispatch your items or tell you they are ready for collection.
- We may decline or cancel an order if the items are unavailable, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
5. Payment
- You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery, collection and returns
Delivery and in-store collection are explained in our Shipping and Delivery policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns and Exchanges policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (68 of 2008) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (25 of 2002). This includes your right to goods that are of good quality and free of defects, and your right to cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it.
8. Ownership of website content
The Tootels name and logo, the photographs, text and design on this website belong to Tootels or are used with the permission of the brand owners. Brand names such as Replay, SPCC, Vialli, Pure Premium, G-Star RAW, Palladium, Covali, Puma, Soviet, Polo, Lee Cooper, Klevas, Refuel, Stephan and Sissy Boy belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse any of it without our written permission.
9. Our liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. This does not limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including for goods that are defective.
10. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those on the website when you placed it.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@tootels.co.za or 082 496 9346 and we will do our best to resolve it. You may also contact the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
