Tootels has traded in KwaDukuza since 1955. If you are not happy with something you bought from us, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Change of mind: 30-day money-back guarantee
- You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it (the date it was delivered to you or collected by you).
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused and undamaged. You must have your proof of purchase (your order confirmation or till slip).
- Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the full price of the item to the payment method you used. We pay the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- If you would rather exchange the item for a different size or colour, ask us in store or contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear, or of swimwear that is worn like underwear, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items or the wrong item
- If an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us as soon as you can. We will repair it, replace it or refund you, at your choice, and we pay for the return delivery.
- Please keep the item and its packaging and send us your order number and a photo of the problem.
- This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, which protect you for defective goods for six months after delivery.
How to return an item
- In store: bring the item and your proof of purchase to either Tootels store in KwaDukuza Mall (Shops 57 and 57A). We accept returns of online orders in both stores.
- By courier: email info@tootels.co.za or call 082 496 9346 with your order number. We will tell you where to send the item. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the cost of sending the item back to us. We pay it when the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act (68 of 2008) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (25 of 2002), including your right to cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it. Our 30-day policy gives you more time than the law requires.
